Good management
While we can agree that primary care can be a challenge within health care, staffing can be handled by outside agencies and companies who are able to hire fully trained and efficient staff that can work well with physicians and doctors alike. Do you agree?
Part of good management is being able to forecast and ensure that a company or health care institution is run well and works within budget, do you agree and why?
