Because you are a gang prevention expert, you are asked by the governor of your state to come up with two to three areas where resources would best be used to enhance prevention efforts. The goal is to find ways to prevent youth from joining gangs to begin with. The budget is tight, but the governor wants to make gang prevention a priority. In what areas would you recommend more resources be used and why?
