Qusetion: In a SWOT analysis recently, for a new electronic product from a high end electronics company named BOSE that currently sells directly to consumers. The marketing team identified a threat that might prevent the new product reaching commercialization. The threat was identified as a potential lost premium image for the Brand, because this new product would sell for about $100. The next cheapest product BOSE sells is $400 and higher end products are over$3000. Based on this limited information, is this kind of threat realistic? What do you recommend BOSE should do?
