I am interviewing three people currently in or have been in a leadership role. I have to compare and contrast the results once I have collected this final interview.
I am interested in what developmental influences such as family, friends, teachers, and other significant experiences have contributed to your personal values. What are your personal values and do you have a code of ethics or ground rules that you live by? What role does your personal values play in your decision making, specifically in regards to ethics. How has your personal values and/or ethical approach to leadership changed over time? What impact has your values and ethics in your leadership skills had on performance in the workplace?
