Instructions to Candidates
1. The assessment contains four sections that cover the four main thematic areas of the module. For sections 1, 2, and 3, select and answer one question. Section 4 contains only one question, which is compulsory.
2. You are required to carry out your own research on this case organization and collect relevant information beyond what is provided in the case-study (i.e. corporate reports, corporate websites, press releases, media outlets etc.).
3. 5% towards the total mark will assess your presentation skills, that is appropriate use of Harvard System of Referencing, formatting, style of writing and use of language, word limit.
• After completing this Lesson, students should be able to:
o Demonstrate an understanding of and relevance to your academic career by making a connection between knowledge learned in the classroom and practical problems in an off-campus work environment.
o Identify your strengths, weaknesses, and areas of interest, based on your practical work experience.
• Write paper as Role of IT Project Manager and topics studied Leadership, Motivation and Problem Solving who the course helped and strengths- leadership, weekness-problem solving, area of interest servant leadership.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
