1. Share one section from your original brief. Identify 1-2 specific ways in which that section could be improved, based on the commentary on the Case Briefs Feedback. Either show how you would rewrite it or describe with specificity what you would change to make it a stronger brief.
2. Share a comment about how the Case Briefing Exercise will change or help your future legal reading and analysis-in other words, what did you learn about how to read a case actively and analytically (and despite any frustrations)?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
