Being able to plan a path to success is a key ingredient of doctoral success. For this assignment, you will draft your detailed plans with an annotated outline and bibliography, which will inform your Paper.
You should identify the historical issue you are focusing on for your paper. Then, begin gathering scholarly research articles about your selected Final Paper topic.
Task
• Identify a minimum of 8 peer-reviewed journal articles for this assignment, and provide annotated notes for each reference.
• Create an outline of your paper. The outline should list the major and minor subheadings with a brief description of what will be covered in each section as well as an explanation of its relevance to the Final Paper's objectives.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
