2. Identify two leading global companies in the industry that are located in different countries. For example, you could pick the automobile industry and select Ford in the United States and Renault in France, or Tata in India and Effa Motors SA in Uruguay. Another example is the consumer products industry and companies such as Proctor and Gamble in the United States and Unilever in Europe (London/Amsterdam).
3. After researching each company's websites and other resources, consider how each has adjusted its value proposition for one of their products or services sold to middle-class customers as they expanded internationally.
