In this assignment, you will create a plan for crisis communica?ons in a hospital or health system environment. The following elements should be included in the plan:
1. Iden?fy at least six poten?al crisis scenarios that could poten?ally occur in the healthcare environment. Outline the who, what, when, where, and how of these crisis situa?ons.
2. De?ne who the key members of your crisis communica?on team will be.
3. AWer de?ning poten?al crises that can occur in the healthcare environment, create a table in a Word document to de?ne the threat level of each scenario as low, moderate, or high risk.
4. Determine the frequency of updates that the crisis communica?on team will provide the key stakeholders involved in the issue. Also, de?ne how the media will be handled during the scenario.
5. Write a key message holding statement for each scenario.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
