If a former employee whose work was subpar asked you for a reference, how would you respond? Frame your answer as though you're sending it via e-mail to the former employee. Feel free to be creative as to what "subpar" means.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
