First, explain your views on Advertising in the 21st century. Do you feel bombarded by ads? Do they bother you? What have you noticed MOST about advertising in today's media landscape? Have you noticed certain minority groups (interracial couples, gay couples, those with disabilities) appearing more in tv commercials? It took me a while to recognize it. Do ads diminish your enjoyment factor when watching television or enjoying entertainment?
Second...if YOU were launching a new product (of any kind...a new brand of clothing....a tool that would help college students) where would YOU wish to advertise? TV? Internet? How would you attract an audience for your brand new product? What would your advertising campaign look like?
