4. Is your goal Achievable, and why? What are the major obstacles you face in Achieving your goal? How do you plan to overcome these obstacles?
5. Describe why this goal is Relevant to you.
6. What is a realistic Time-frame to expect the goal to be completed? What intermediary goals/ metrics do you recommend? State 3 specific Actions you will take, including timelines, to attain your goal.
7. How will you hold yourself accountable for achieving this goal?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
