How they introduce the reader into their researched articles

Project Assignment: Phenomena Literature Review

Using your identified phenomena from Discussion, ( lived experiences that the management executives use to face foreclosures and relationship between the executives managers and their friends, families, and partners) incorporate the feedback you were given in creating a clear research phenomena. Write and attach your 1 to 1.5 page Background/Literature Review related to this identified Phenomena for your Major Final Paper. Be mindful that this is not a traditional course theory paper, but more of a potential publishable research article.

Attached are three Qualitative articles which can help you in how to write this part of your major paper.

The content of this paper needs to be:

1. Introduction of your Phenomena (Use your Paper's Title for this heading, non-bold)

1. Reinstatement of the phenomenon and its significance

2. Include a brief literature review/background section.

All written assignments and responses should follow APA rules for attributing sources. Use the provided APA Main Paper Template for this assignment (click on this link to download: APA Main Paper Template).

Sample Qualitative Articles

The attached are three published qualitative articles. Review at least a couple of them to see how they introduce the reader into their researched articles and leading to the reason and overall question of their study. Your actual research question may change over the course of the class, but the background/literature review will remain the same.

Related to Professional Writing Standards: Be mindful of writing professional mechanics. These articles may not be congruent with these.

1. Always write about existing research/information in Past Verb Tense.

2. In that you have not conducted your study, what your research project intends to do will be in Future Verb tense.

3. Never use "research has shown" or refer to "articles." Always write from the voice of the actual authors which you have read - write as if they were talking with you, rather than you reading from a source.

This paper will be the beginning of your overall final major project/paper. You will receive feedback in how to further improve you professional writing. You will then incorporate this feedback and re-write this part of your major paper and then add to it future Major paper requirement submissions/content. This process will be explained further in class.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
