Assignment: Emplpoyee Engagement Case Study
For this assignment you should prepare and submit an 8-10 page paper on some aspect of public human resources management in the context of one of the major class themes or concepts. Think about how the theories of public management we studied and how they translate into practical skills for leadership and management. It is okay to use your textbook as a primary source but you must use multiple sources for this assignment. Many of the articles we reviewed throughout the semester would be useful, but you are not limited to class readings.
Page 1. Title Page: The first page is the title page. It must include your name and the public human resources management concept and subtopics that you are addressing.
Pages 2-5. These pages should address the public human resources management theories (themes or concepts) you are analyzing. First, discuss the theory from a broad perspective identifying the major topics and issues within the theoretical framework. Then discuss 1-3 of these topics in more specific detail. Identify the major concerns or issues within these topics that you will address in your paper.
Pages 6-10. In these pages discuss how the theories or concepts of public human resources management that you reviewed in the previous section translate into practical skills for leadership and management. Be sure to address each of the topics you introduced.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
