Assignment: Stages of a Team
Reflect on a team that you have worked with, either personally or professionally. Address the following in a paper, based on your experiences of working in a group/team:
1. Describe how the group/team went through the five stages of team life, or the five steps of Cog's ladder. If the team did not arrive at the later stages/steps, explain why.
2. Provide an example for each stage/step.
3. Compare and contrast positive and negative team behaviors in the different stages/steps.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
