Change is an issue that permeates all organizations. It is frequently driven by financial considerations but can be the result of other factors such as an organizational crisis, a changing market, changing technology or merger. Using current academic literature, analyze and support your discussion of the following:

b. two (2) ethical dilemmas change leaders need to consider when leading in today's work environment; also discuss why are these dilemmas significant
c. how organizational assessment and succession planning can assist organizations to anticipate and prepare for change
