Thread: Respond to the following:
• Why does Agile work? How do Agile approaches beat traditional approaches to project management?
• Describe how a business selects which projects to work on when there are numerous projects that could be done.
• Define what a proposal is, and describe the purpose of a proposal. In addition, list the 3 major sections of a proposal and include the purpose and elements of each.
