It is essential that you understand how companies are using social media to connect with customers and build their brand. This assignment following one company via social media for at least four days. It must be a company that is actively engaged in social media marketing using all of the following four forums: Facebook page, Twitter account, YouTube Channel, AND a company blog. Your assignment is to follow the company's activity in each of these four social media realms for a minimum of 3-4 days and report on your observations. Your posting should include clear, detailed explanations and analysis of the way the company or brand used their social media space this week. Be sure to address all four social media platforms.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
