The solar constant is the flux of the Sun's radiation at the top of the Earth's atmosphere. Calculate it's value assuming that the sun is a blackbody with an effective temperature of 5800 K, a radius of 7*10^10 cm, and is 1.5*10^13 cm distant from the Earth. State your answer in both cgs and MKS units.
