A block of mass m = 3.0 kg is attached to a spring of constant k = 240 N/m. It can slide along a board tilted at an angle theta = 37° to the horizontal. Initially the block is released from rest when the spring is compressed by x 0 = 30 cm.

(a) Find the speed of the block when the spring is relaxed again.

(b) Find the highest point that the block reaches.
