A punching machine is driven by a motor which exerts a constant torque on the flywheel at a mean speed of 2 rev/s. If the speed variation from max to min is not to exceed 0.2 rev/s and the greatest fluctuation in energy during the punching and idling strokes is 7kJ, find the moment of inertia of the flywheel [443.28kg-m^2]
