Find quality of the fluid in the tank at the end of process

A steam power plant consists of an insulated boiler, a pressure regulator, and an insulated turbine. The boiler has a volume of 50 L and initially contains 90% liquid and 10% vapor by volume at 100 kPa. The burner is now turned on, and when pressure in the boiler reaches 700 kPa, the pressure-regulating valve holds the boiler pressure constant at this value, and the saturated vapor at this pressure passes to the turbine. Saturated vapor steam at 100 kPa exits the turbine and is discharged by the atmosphere. When the liquid in the boiler and turbine are perfectly insulated so no energy (heat transfer) "escapes" through the walls. What is the quality of the fluid in the tank at the end of the process?
