Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper describing the team's personality traits based on individual findings from the Big Five assessment tool. Include the following
1. Summarize the team's results. Use a table to present the data to make comparisons easy to see.
2. Determine how the information from the Big Five assessments and the underlying principles of trait theories can be applied to create better team work.
3. Examine the reliability and validity of personality measurements in general. Did team members feel that their assessments were accurate? Explain why or why not.
