Qualitative Problem Statement

Ever changing demands in the business environment make it difficult for organizational leaders to attract appropriately skilled employees despite high unemployment rates(Asci, 2017). Forty-one percent of large companies do not have a formal recruiting strategy and fifty nine percent do not have a recruiting budget (Hill, 2017).

The general business problem is that voluntary employee turnover costs some companies money through productivity losses. The specific business problem is that some business leaders lack strategies to attract qualified candidates to fill vacant positions.
