Bob also discovered that demand per day(d) was nearly normally distributed with a mean (d) of 1,250 toys per day with the standard deviation (σd) of 375 toys per day.

i) Calculate order point for toy if the service level is specified at 90% during lead time.

Time estimates for processing six shipments through quality control are:
