Energy and momentum of a particle

According to special relativity, the energy and momentum of a particle are

E = mc2 /√{1-v2/c2} and [(p)vec] = m[(v)vec] /√{1-v2/c2}

Show that E2 - p2c2 is invariant. If v = 9.00E+7 m/s, and m = 265.0 MeV/c2, what is √{E2-p2c2}?
