2. Compare and contrast these theories using the following questions as a guideline:
- Effectiveness. How does it serve its purpose and help leaders achieve desired results?
- Organizational change. In which way do the principles of this theory(s) produce significant movement in an organization?
- Public Safety leadership. How do the principles of this theory(s) provide leaders in the public safety field with the information they need to fulfill their responsibilities?
3. Based on your research, write a 4-5 page summary with your findings and conclusions. Explain your perspective of how the theories compare and which one you find to be the most influential in your current or desired line of work (Emergency Services).
It must:
A. Analyze the effectiveness of a specific model of leadership theory in mechanistic and organic functioning entities and explains how those principles are applied in practice.
B. Analyze the positive and negative aspects of a specific model of leadership theory in routine operations and crisis management and provides a real life example.
