While summarizing the paper you should be answering few questions throughout your summary.
o What is the problem?
o Why is it interesting and important?
o Why is it hard? (E.g., why do naive approaches fail?)
o Why hasn't it been solved before? (Or, what's wrong with previous proposed solutions? How does this differ?)
o What are the key components of the approach and results? Also include any specific limitations.
o Can you think of counterexamples for examples given?
o Is the approach clearly described? Can you outline the steps or summarize the approach?
o Does the work address the problem stated earlier in the paper? How?
o Does the approach seem objective? Clearly state how?
o Wrap up your paper by answering what is the conclusion of the research?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
