Write a short paper discussing an issue of institutional policy, federal law and policy, or state law and policy and the impact of these structures on higher education. For example, you could choose to analyze the impacts of the Higher Education Act or discuss state funding models and their impact on tuition, diversity, curriculum, and so forth in higher education.
