1. Describe the premise and "deliberate" strategy used today by Starbucks and comment on whether you think it is the appropriate strategy in today's environment.

Discuss recent Starbucks' innovations and describe an innovation that you as the Owner of Starbucks would recommend that Starbucks implements by the close of 2019.
5. Describe how Starbucks is implementing strategies in China to position itself to capture a significant market share of growth and attain a "sustainable competitive advantage," and how it can maintain its advantage in the future.
