1. Pick two barriers of communication (discussed in Bolton chapter two) that you recognize in yourself and explain how you have used them.
2. Discuss two listening skills (discussed in Bolton chapter three) that you use and discuss how you have used them.
3. Explain two of the reflective listening skills and discuss whether or not these are skills that you use in your communication with others. Would like to improve in your reflective listening ability?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
