Assignment
In this assignment, the student (as part of a team of class colleagues) will conduct an environmental scan of an organization, specific program, or similar entity using established strategic planning tools. The environmental scan analyzes all aspects of the organizational entity's surroundings and conditions. The team will also conduct a brainstorming session with stakeholders in order to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). candidates will prepare a scholarly paper 8-10 pages (minimum of 7 scholarly references), in length, not counting the title and references pages, discussing the findings of the environmental scan and SWOT analysis, AND a team PowerPoint/Prezi presentation which will be inclusive of all environmental scan findings.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
