Discuss the effects of employee layoffs. Identify:
a) Three ways that layoffs can affect other employees in the organization.
b) Two additional ways that layoffs can affect the organization as a whole.
c) At least two ways to retain remaining employees after a layoff.
d) Two ways of ensuring that you are abiding by the laws that govern employment and ethical practices.
