Research Project Topics
You must pick one of the following topics for your RESEARCH PROJECT.
The "Research Project Requirements" handout (in the "Research Project" folder in the SHARED FILES area of Campus Cruiser) contains complete details about the requirements of this assignment. The DUE DATE of the Research Project is listed on your Course Schedule.
1. What is artificial intelligence and what is AI's future in computers? DO NOT discuss the history of AI.
2. Discuss ergonomics as it relates to computers and its effect on humans.

Term Project Requirements
Research Paper:
You will write a research paper on an approved topic. You may either select a topic from one of those listed in the Research project topic list file in the shared folder. To do a proper job for your paper your paper will need to be 6-8 papers (full pages) in length. In addition you will provide a bibliography properly formatted. Your paper will be properly annotated with a complete set of end notes. Make sure you provide adequate endnotes or I will be required to fail you on the project and file a plagiarism charge which will bring you up on violation of the code of the student conduct. You paper will required a minimum of 10 sources.
PowerPoint:
You will create and present to the class a PowerPoint Presentation about your topic. Your PowerPoint presentation will be a minimum of 5 minutes in length not to exceed 10 minutes. Your presentation must demonstrate your knowledge of the material covered in the PowerPoint section including topics such as transitions, layout and animation.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
