Instructions
Identify problems that face the two companies that you have chosen to study in this course. You will explain those problems, how they affect the company, and who or what is responsible for those problems. Then, you will attempt to provide solutions to those problems, also identifying the difficulties in implementing those solutions.
Problems Facing Not-for-Profit Company
1. Identify two to five problems that face your chosen not-for-profit company. Explain those problems.

b. How do these problems impact the organization?
c. Who is responsible for these problems?
2. Identify potential solutions to those problems. Here, you can feel free to brainstorm and merely list various solutions to the problems that you identify.
