Assisted in the production and management of a wide variety of trade/consumer focused events, holiday parties, whiskey tastings, Beam sponsored galas, sporting events and outdoor festivals.

Planning:
Attended conference calls with Beam management, venue and event coordinators, offered insight on staffing, POS and food and beverage needs based on expected attendance. Compiled information from conference call notes and email correspondence to create and update a working run of show.

Worked with Beam management to select POS and décor aligning with event theme. Located and staged POS for each event labeling all assets. Arranged transport of assets including bars, tents and POS.

 Purchased event supplies, cocktail mixers and garnishes from Amazon, Fedex, ice companies, restaurant supply stores, Whole Foods and local fresh juicers. Ordered product from Southern Glaziers Wine and Spirits.

 Negotiated with vendors to reduce the cost of products and services. Booked travel for Beam ambassadors and staff.

 Selected staff, assigned roles and delivered brand training as well as event programming to team. Contracted bartenders, photographers, photo booth companies and movers.

On Site Management:

 Set up activation footprint pre-event. Assembled bars, tents and pop up banners, worked with venue and managed vendors.
 Guided event staff, administered breaks and offered support where needed. Resolved anticipated/unforeseen problems. Often stepped in as a brand ambassador pouring drinks and educating consumers.
