DEVELOP A FITNESS MINI-PLAN
Develop a fitness plan that works on all the components of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and/or endurance, flexibility and body composition. Explain how to improve each component use the FITT principle when it applies - this may or may not be a real program for you, but it should be an ideal one.
- establish overall goals
- discuss each component of fitness and how to improve it using the FITT principle
- list the activities you will do and which component of fitness it improves
- show a weekly workout schedule, indicate what activity you will do on each day.
- For the weekly schedule just show M through S and what main (if any) activities you would do on that day. This assignment does not require you to list exercises or get specific. I'm just looking to see that you know the basics.
This should be written up in WORD, minimum 2 pages
