• Find an HR issue that you would like to solve in your work environment:
• Describe the issue!
• Formulate a goal!
• Search for a theory that could help you solving the issue:
• You should deepen the research by looking for at least two scientific articles on this topic!
• Give a comprehension of the theory!
• Create a frame that will help to combine theory with your issue!
• Derive and discuss a solution:
• Describe the steps that should be taken based on the theory!
• Discuss steps for implementation of your ideas!
• Reflect critically on your expected results!
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
