Research Topic Selection:

2. CRM for quality purpose
3. DSS for data analytics purpose
4. Groupware for collaboration purpose
Select one out of the four research topics indicated above to create a professional PowerPoint presentation with audio-recorded narrative. Your PowerPoint submission should be 10 to 15 minutes long and covers:
• Background (overview)
o Evolution of SRM, CRM, DSS or Groupware
o Explain the role of information systems as it pertains to your selected topic
• Comparison of three specific software pertinent to your selected topic
o name, version (if applicable), brand/company, release date, description, and operating system supported.
o features and functions
o usability in the context of organizations (provide specific scenarios)
o pricing
o benefits and challenges
• Recommendations (summary and preferred tool/app based on your analysis)
• References
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
