Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to integrate and apply the individual and organizational leadership principles studied throughout this course through the development of an organizational change plan.
Assignment Steps
Select an organizational change that is taking place within your company or one that you have researched.
Write a 1,050-word or more organizational change plan in which you address the following:
o Describe the organizational change process steps that you would take, and prioritize the order in which you would take them.
o Evaluate both individual and organizational leadership actions.
o Provide scholarly citations that support your rationale and proposed actions.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
