In the context of global ethics, it is imperative that managers understand the culture and ethical expectations of countries in which they do business. In order to comply with the ethical standards of both the home country and other countries in which commerce is conducted, businesses must make decisions bounded by law and ethical conduct.
Deliverables: The essay for this lesson is required to be 750 words that clearly demonstrate your understanding of the topic. Essays should have a clear introduction, thesis statement and conclusion, written in APA format (APAstyle.org). A minimum of three sources must be cited in-text and in the Reference list.

• -What formal documents do businesses use to create an ethical environment within the organization? Briefly describe the components and purposes of these tools.
