o In 250 to 300 words, distinguish between values, ethics, morals, and laws. In what ways have you utilized these concepts in your professional and/or personal life?
Part 2: Ethical and Legal Standards: Statute of Limitations
In an additional 250 to 300 words, define and briefly analyze ethical and legal standards, and the statute of limitations. Provide an example of each.
o Part 3: Confidentiality and the Legal and Ethical Purposes of Client Rights
In 250 to 300 words explain confidentiality, the legal and ethical purposes of client rights, specifically regarding informed consent.
o Part 4: Scope of Practice and Application
In a final 250 words, explain what a "scope of practice" means for professionals. How does it apply to you in the mental health field? Give an example of something that would be within your scope of practice and of something that is outside your scope of practice.
