Problem:
Need help in which I am to explain the importance of my business where I am helping elderly, and disabled people who can not even get their family members to drive them to town. I have to explain my business vision, mission, and values in determing the stategic direction. Also will need help including the following items
Define your business, products/services, and customers by developing a mission statement.
Create a vision for the business that clearly demonstrates your decsion about what you want your business to become in the future.
Define your guiding principle or values for your selected business considering the topics of culture, social responsiblity, and ethics.
Explain the importance of the vision, mission, and values in determing strategic direction.
