Explain for each innovation the main ways it addresses the crisis. Briefly describe the innovation so as to present the innovation on these points and the next points. Next, provide your assessment and on what basis or why you say which of the two innovations better addresses the crisis you have associated with each of them. Be specific and detailed with your points for readers.

Question 2: Compare and contrast broken windows policing with community policing. What are the main distinguishing characteristics or features of each innovation? What do they share and what is different between them? Include the specific goals and means for both innovations and how they differ. Which of these two innovations is most appropriate for building community social controls? Why? Finally, which innovation is most likely to be supported by the police and why?
