Compute rate of heat transfer as argon passes through pipe

Argon at 20 degrees C and 100kPa has a velocity of 27 m/s and enters a constant diameter pipe of 18mm. As the argon passes through the pipe, it is heated in a steady flow process to 100 degrees C. The pressure at that point is 28 kPa. No work is being done. Calculate the rate of heat transfer (Q).
