Your research paper should explore organizational change and included the following:
Topic 1 - The reasons that change is necessary for a company
Topic 2 - How a company can overcome resistance to change
Topic 3 - Successful and unsuccessful approaches that upper, middle and line manager can take that affects change in an organization
