Problem 3. Discuss the current level of the Federal debt, the past trend of that debt, and the future forecast for its level. Discuss your concerns about the debt and level of associated interest expense.
Problem 4. Assume you are the Chief Economic Advisor to the President of the United States, what recommendations would you make to reduce the budget deficit. Please be as explicit as possible. Saying general things such as i would suggest forming a committee is not acceptable.
