1. Does the blurring of boundaries between fine art and popular culture make art more accessible to the public, and is this advantageous? What advantages are there (if any) in keeping high art and low art in separate categories?
2. Discuss the installation of the software as well as the process of loading the company back up files, saving, renaming and restoring those. What challenges did you experience? What tips do you have for your classmates?
3. The customer is always right" is a motto that has often been used to ensure that employees take care of customers and deliver high-quality service, no matter the situation.
Another motto is "Even if the customer is wrong treat them as though they are right."
A third position is "Sometimes the customer is wrong and needs to be told no."
