Develop a recruitment plan for a position category within the organization as the focus of this plan (examples: physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, HIM professionals, etc.)
Your plan should include a minimum of five sections, with the total document being 2-3 pages in length (not including a cover and reference page).
This plan will serve as an internal guide and resource for all hiring managers within the organization.
