Developing strategic relationships is not a new concept. Throughout history species and business have created partnerships that both sides benefit from. Throughout this paper, I will analyze the coyote and badger mutualistic relationship. I will discuss the short-term and long-term benefits of the coyote and badger relationship. I will cover the cost of the relationship and what will happen if resources become scarce. In addition, I will also discuss Circuit City's business operation long-run cost and competitors. Also, I will address what led to there bankruptcy and how they could have created a partner relationship to avoid bankruptcy.
